Why is my order taking so long?

In order to fight fast fashion and global warming, we sell both original pre-loved items and pre-orders. Original pre-loved items can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, while manufactured pre-orders can take from 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Please feel free to contact us if your order is taking an abnormal amount of time.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping your order you will be emailed a tracking number which will help you track your order.

How can I model for Horoscopix?

Tag us on instagram wearing Horoscopix and we might feature you on our page! We will be asking for some commentary about how you dress and tendency for your horoscope. For Paid Partnership on Instagram we must love your pages aesthetic. You don't need a lot of followers.
